Therapeutic approach that involves the use of water to promote physical and mental well-being. It has been used for centuries in various cultures around the world and is believed to have healing properties. We offer a variety of bath therapy options, including ice therapy, Bidara bath, and flower bath, to cater to the specific requirements of your body.
Hydrotherapy is any method that uses water to treat a variety of symptoms throughout your body. People have used it for a long time to feel better both physically and mentally. We provide 3 bath therapy:
Ice Therapy – to manage emotions and promote emotional well-being. This method is based on the idea that cold sensations can help calm the mind and reduce stress or emotional distress.
Bidara Therapy – It is specifically used to treat spiritual illnesses such as emotional disturbances, insomnia, disturbances by supernatural beings, and witchcraft.
Flower Therapy – therapeutic bath that incorporates fresh or dried flowers, petals, or essential oils into the water. This practice is often associated with relaxation, beauty rituals, and aromatherapy.
During a hydrotherapy session, you can expect a relaxing and soothing experience aimed at promoting your overall well-being. The specifics can vary based on the type of bath therapy you’re undergoing
The duration of a Hydrotherapy session can vary widely depending on the specific type of therapy. Generally, bath therapy sessions typically last between 15 to 30 minutes.
The number of hydrotherapy sessions you require depends on your needs and condition. Some feel better after one session, while others with ongoing issues might need several sessions over time. It’s important to talk to our therapist who can understand your situation and suggest the right plan for you.
For Hydrotherapy, you need to wear a sarong (we encourage you to bring your own sarong), a hair tie for long hair, personal items like a change of clothes; a clean towel and toiletries, and it’s best to remove jewelry and wear comfortable, makeup-free clothing.
Whether you can have Hydrotherapy when you have allergies depends on the specific allergies you have and the ingredients used in the therapy. If you have allergies to certain flowers, essential oils, bath salts, or other substances commonly used in bath therapy, it’s crucial to inform to our therapist beforehand.
After Hydrotherapy, you will experience a sense of relaxation and calmness. The cold water, soothing scents, and tranquil environment often leave individuals feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Your muscles might feel more relaxed, and your mind may feel less stressed. Additionally, bath therapy can improve blood circulation, which might leave you feeling invigorated. Many individuals also report improved sleep quality after a session.
It’s NOT recommended to have a Hydrotherapy during pregnancy or menstrual period. You may consult with our therapist for any enquiry.
