Refrain from Alcohol or Illegal Substances:
It is advised to abstain from consuming alcohol or illicit drugs for 24 hours, as they can lead to dehydration.

Reduce Your Cigarette Consumption:
If you smoke, endeavor to decrease your smoking habit.

Take Time to Unwind and Rest:
Whenever feasible, avoid rushing or engaging in strenuous activities for 4-6 hours. Allow yourself the opportunity to relax and unwind.

Exercise Caution While Driving Back:
Your response time might be a bit slower than usual. Most importantly, pay attention to your body’s signals.

Utilizing Oils, Palette, or Beads During Your Session:
If oils, palette, or beads were applied during your therapy/treatment session, it’s recommended to leave them on your skin as instructed by the therapist. This approach ensures you derive the utmost benefits from these substances.
